The following resources can be found from the start of the game, all around your base. They are essential for crafting the elements necessary for your survival and to start building something to terraform the planet. In addition to the means of obtaining listed, you can obtain these resources through mineral extractor – apart from ice, which can only be found on the surface.
Iron
Iron is used for most basic constructions, such as backpacks, tanks, chips, and living compartments. It is found all over the planet, and we can find it quite often in crates in exploration or in the wrecks.
Titanium
Titanium is used for many more robust constructions, such as backpacks, exoskelettes, and advanced tanks, buildings, and tools like the drill. It is found all over the planet, and we can find it from time to time in boxes in exploration, but rarely in wrecks.
Silicon
Silicon is used for many more sophisticated constructions, such as chips, screens, crafting stations, vegetubes, and solar panels. It is found all over the planet, and we can find it from time to time in boxes in exploration and in the wrecks.
Cobalt
Cobalt is essential for the creation of oxygen capsules, but also for reflective elements like screens, windows, and solar panels. It is found all over the planet, and we can find it from time to time in boxes in exploration and in the wrecks.
Magnesium
Magnesium is used for many technical constructions, like chips, screens, vegetables, lamps, and solar panels. It is found all over the planet, and we can find it from time to time in boxes in exploration and in the wrecks.
Ice
The ice cream is essential for creating water bottles and vegetubes. It is found all over the planet until you increase the planetary temperature.
The following resources will be found once you start exploring and terraforming the planet. Most of them have dedicated areas, but some are also found in wrecks. These resources allow you to build more advanced tools.
Iridium
Iridium is essential to benefit from heating. You can find many of them in the cave overlooked by the sand waterfall, but also in the crates in exploration and sometimes in wrecks. You can also get some launching a rocket to trigger a meteor shower, among the debris. It is possible to turn into rod thanks to an advanced crafting station.
Aluminum
Aluminum is essential for more advanced constructions, such as T3 backpacks and tanks, T2 heaters and solar panels, as well as tools like the communication antenna and the food producer. You can find most of them in wrecks and crates, but also in the gorges near the 600i wreck and in the cave overlooked by the sand waterfall. The Ore Extractor can let you get some as well.
Uranium
Uranium is mainly used for power nuclear reactors to obtain energy. You can find some in crates and wrecks, and by launching a rocket to trigger a meteor shower, like iridium. It is possible to turn into rod thanks to an advanced crafting station.
Tissue
The fabric makes it possible to create decorative objects like chairs, armchairs, and beds. You can find some in crates and in wrecks by deconstructing elements that contain them.
Sulfur
The sulfur being a recent addition, its usefulness is not yet clear at this stage of development of the game. in the crates near the valley full of smoke, and in cellars blocked by ice after you increase the planetary temperature.
Super alloy
The super alloy is used to build advanced tools such as the launch pad, nuclear reactor, atmospheric water collector, and algae generator. It is mostly in wrecks and crates far enough from the base. You can find some in the gorges near the 600i wreck, and at the level of the sand wall in the north of the planet. You have to dig into the wall to be able to access it, but you don’t risk anything. It is possible to synthesize the super alloy with the advanced crafting station with iron, magnesium, silicon, aluminum, titanium, and cobalt.
Bioplastic nugget
Bioplastic nuggets make it possible to build tools like the algae generator. They are found mostly in wrecks and crates.
Osmium
Osmium is needed to build the mineral extractor. It can only be found once the planetary temperature has increased, because it is mostly found in cellars blocked by ice. You may occasionally find it in crates, but it’s quite rare. Don’t waste it as it is very difficult to get more of it at this stage of the game’s development.
Plant seeds are used to create oxygen to improve the planet’s atmosphere. We advise you to plant seeds with a high oxygen multiplier in T3 vegetubes outdoors to improve it quickly. Vegetable seeds, on the other hand, can be planted in a food producer that will grow the associated vegetables to feed you. You will get new seeds once the vegetable has ripened. Remember to watch on the shelves in the wrecks to find packets of seeds.
Plants
Lirma seed
The Lirma seed is the basic seed of the game. You can find one right off the bat in the crate of your ship, and then in crates and wrecks. It is also used to build the biodome.
Shanga seed
The Shanga seed has a 150% oxygen multiplier. Most of it can be found in the wrecks, either in the crates or on the floor.
Pestera seed
The Pestera seed has a 200% oxygen multiplier. Most of it can be found in the wrecks, either in the crates or on the floor.
Nulna seed
The Nulna seed has a 300% oxygen multiplier. Most of it can be found in the wrecks, either in the crates or on the floor.
Tuska seed
The Tuska seed has a 400% oxygen multiplier. Most of it can be found in the wrecks, either in the crates or on the floor.
Gold seed
The golden seed has a 600% oxygen multiplier. Most of it can be found in the wrecks, either in the crates or on the floor.
The vegetables
Aubergine
Eggplant restores health by 25 points. Its seeds are findable in crates and wrecks. Eggplant is also used to build the algae generator.
Mushrooms
Mushrooms restore health by 35 points. Its seeds are findable in crates and wrecks. The mushrooms appear to be rarer than other vegetables.
Squash
Squash restores health by 40 points. Its seeds are findable in crates and wrecks.
Beans
Beans restore health by 60 points. Its seeds are findable in crates and wrecks.
