Arataki Itto is the first and greatest leader of the Arataki gang. He is a fearless man as quick as the wind and mighty as lightning. Oni blood is flowing through his veins.

Projects Ushi, the young Akaushi bull and auxiliary member of the Arataki gang, to inflict DGT Geo ! When Ushi hits an enemy, he grants Arataki Itto 1 stack of Superlative Megaforce. Ushi then stays on the ground and helps out in the following ways:

The damage dealt by Arataki’s Kesa Giri increases by a value equal to 35% of Arataki Itto’s DEF.

After using Evil Oni King: Rise of Itto, Arataki Itto gains 2 superlative Megaforce stacks. After 1 sec, Itto gains 1 stack of Superlative Megaforce every 0.5 sec for 1.5 sec
General Baston!
After using Evil Oni King: Rise of Itto, each character in the type team ‘Geo decreases the ToR of this ability by 1.5 sec and restores Arataki Itto’s elemental energy by 6 pts. ToR can be decreased by up to 4.5s, and elemental energy can be restored by up to 18 in this way.

Arataki Itto, present
The critical damage of Arataki Itto’s charged attacks is increased by 70%. Additionally, when using a series of Arataki Kesa Giri, he has a 50% chance not to consume Superlative Megaforce.
Itto equipment and statistics
The optimized set for him is the one released in version 2.3 of the game, namely the set of Shell of Opulent Dreams. The DEF bonus on the latter coupled with obtaining a second def + Geo damage bonus is perfect for Itto.
On the weapons side, no surprise, the Red Horn Stonebreaker is by far the best possible weapon for him. The two-handed sword of the Battle pass, dragon bone is also a good choice. If you have nothing else, a Swordfish (prototype) can also do the trick.
On the statistics side, here are the main ones on the 3 coins to have:

For statistics in general, Itto may have a little problem with particle generation, so you will fix this by adding more Energy recharge if necessary, in addition to crit rate / damage, followed by DEF% and ATQ%
Should I summon Itto?
Itto is a good character. However, some important information: he is a character from the Geo element, which can severely limit the teams to play him with. He is also a “main” character, who will have to spend most of his time in the field to be profitable, and therefore have supports with him. In fact, Itto can be a great choice if you plan to play it with a 100% Geo team (Albedo / Gorou / Zhongli / Itto for example).
Another thing, if you plan to play it in an optimized way, Itto is not that simple to master perfectly, its cycle will change a lot depending on your number of constellations, the type of enemies in front … there or for a character like Eula for example, we stay on the same cycle. It can be a good thing for you though.
Once again, Itto is a good choice, as long as you have a whole team that takes care of it … and this for a composition that will ultimately be a bit niche, and not always ideal for all content. The character has an excellent keyboard / controller / phone feeling in hand, however. Summon it if you like it, sure, but the investment to make it work is high.
