Following an astonishing revelation at E3, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, which will also be exclusive to a certain platform during a given period, has been discreet to better come back with a whole series of announcements as evidenced by its news in recent weeks. Almost two months ago, the future title of Gearbox Entertainment drew, once again, a crazy trailer in the spirit of the franchise to reveal to us the Trucidomancer class, as well as that of Brr-Zerker.
The Game Awards event which took place last week was also a nice springboard for the visibility of the game. The latter had also concocted us an effective presentation which gave pride of place to the casting and the universe of this eccentric episode! A week later, the game continues the revelations around the six classes of this opus with the arrival of two new protagonists!
After what is similar to the traditional classes of the assassin and the tank, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands invites us to discover two of the role-playing game’s most iconic classes, namely the mage and the warrior. For the occasion, these put aside their original name to designate, respectively, under the name of ” Defouromages ” and ” Frappaclysmic “!
On the main lines, Defouromages use both firearms and elemental spells and are even capable of turning enemies into harmless creatures; the Frappaclysmics, as far as they are concerned, master a spectral hammer capable of wreaking havoc and are lucky enough to have a fire-breathing wyvern by their side, drawn to their dragon aura.
These two new characters will evolve in new places recently presented by Gearbox such as, in particular, the Freshness of Sobs filled with toxic fumes, fear populated by skeletons and other living dead and, finally, Mont Jabot who, him, swarms of goblins to slay! The teams also offer a wealth of information on these places and the creatures that inhabit them in the links at the bottom of the article.
Since the release of Borderlands 3, Gearbox has had time to improve and refine its formula so that it does justice to the fantasy universe of this episode. But that the players rest assured: the emblematic equipment of the license will indeed be there and in abundance!
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands promises millions of weapons to collect and divided into six categories which will allow you to destroy all the monsters you come across! Moreover, the principle of elemental damage will always force you to manage the extent of your arsenal since we find five elements : fire, ice, electricity, poison and black magic.
In addition to the shields that we know from the first part of Borderlands, the role-playing game is invited in the gallery of equipment that you can assign to the class of your choice. Indeed, your hero will be able to bring rings and amulets to increase its characteristics and some of its abilities.
