To buy an apartment in GTA Online, you need to reach level 5 and go to the in-game Dynasty 8 website. To go faster, you can go directly to the Finances menu of your phone’s browser. Once on Dynasty 8, you can choose between more than 80 different apartments, sorted by category according to their services and prices, as follows:
In total, you can own 8 different apartments and garages. It is not possible to resell your real estate, but you can exchange it for new properties, and you will be refunded approximately half of the original purchase price.
Before buying a property, it would be wise to weigh the pros and cons. Among the factors to consider, there is of course the price of the apartment, but above all its location. You need to think about its proximity to your other belongings to move around more easily, but also about location strategy since you can choose to respawn there.
